I really like the point mentioned in the blog about spouses and children of workers being counted against cap because counting children and spouses ( especially if spouse is on H4 visa ) against the cap for employment based immigration is very illogical and absurd. If we could some how get Congress and Senate to reform only that part of GC process it would be a big relief. Other related issue i want to touch on is the issue when spouse is on H4 and main applicant has EAD . In this case one cannot use EAD because spouse will loose H4 status. This is another stupidity of GC process. I can go on and on ..but i guess i should stop here.
